Real Bride Sarah-Love in Venice!

Marah,

Now that life has slowed down a little bit, I wanted to send a quick note to thank you for everything you did in helping me find the perfect dress for my wedding in Italy on May 5th. A lot of other bridal stores would not have been as accommodating as you and your staff were. I cannot say enough about how gracious and understanding you were about the fact that I was a bigger bride but didn't want to stuffed into the same type of boring frumpy dress that so many stores try to put bigger girls in. You never treated me like I was a chubby girl shopping out of her league and I appreciated that so much. In your store I was able to find an absolutely beautiful dress that I loved and that would fit in with the my wedding in Venice, Italy. We knew all along that I was cutting it close with the measurements for this particular dress and you were up front and straight forward with me that if the dress was off in the slightest it might not fit. I appreciated that you were up front and honest with me about everything and never tried to sugar coat anything, but yet you handled it with sensitivity and tact. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful my dress buying experience was and how much I absolutely loved my dress! Every time I came into your store I think I left in a better mood than when I came in. Your seamstress Donna, who is wonderful by the way, loved her, she told me that you called her personally and checked up on me and my dress during alterations. It meant a lot to me that you cared that much to follow up and make sure that everything went smoothly for me. I tell every bride I come across to go to you for their dress, I've become like a crazy walking billboard for your store lately. I was just so impressed with you, the ambiance of your store, and the staff that you have working for you. I hope that every bride gets to have the great experience that I had, and if they buy their dress from you I know they will. You asked me to send pictures when we got back from Italy, I should have done it weeks ago, but I'm now just getting around to it. I attached as many as I could. Thank you again for a beautiful dress and for a great experience.

Miss Isla was born July 13th at 7:22 pm. She weighed 6lbs and 19" long. We are all doing great and her big brother Cal loves his little sister! Too bad for Isla that her mom owns a bridal shop....she will be wearing headbands her entire life!!
